An unforgettable roadtrip of my life I just returned from the first roadtrip of my life on Monday night, and I must say that the 4 days spent in Washington D.C was just so AWESOME! Really love the place so much, so much that I felt rather pretty sad when we left the place back to North Carolina. Of course, all these fun would not be possible without my fellow exchange friends around, and I really enjoyed their company during the trip! Nonetheless, I think all of us got so much closer after this roadtrip together, especially during the car ride from North Carolina to Virgina to Washington D.C and back, and the nights back in the hotel where we had some really good chats with one another :) Visited many beautiful and historical places during this trip, such as the U.S Capitol building, Lincoln Memorial, World War II Memorial, Georgetown & Chinatown. Such a pity we couldn't get into the White house and Pentagon! Took alot of pretty pictures there and now I had a really hard time filtering out all the photos. Wonder when I will ever finish uploading these pictures when my laptop had been cranky these days :(  I know I really haven't had much time to blog in proper, and I've no idea when I will have the time to do that :( Oh wells, but I'm looking forward to the weekend trip tomorrow to Charlotte for white water rafting, rock-climing, zipline, etc... :) Till then :) |
