1st week of work

Okay and so the monotonous work life has begun for me again - having to wake up before the sun rise and only returning home at night when the sun had already set everyday.
The first week of work turned out to be wasn't that bad, except for a particular incident on Wednesday which caused me to be rather unhappy and ruined my whole morning. It is so ridiculous making a sarcastic remark just because I am new to the company. If only humans were to do a self-check on their attitude and be sensitive to people's feelings, this world would be such a nice place to live in. Also, I hate the fact that I'm literally left to my own devices and to figure things out myself. Maybe this is the reality of being just a temp. staff. Sigh
It is always when I started taking up temp. jobs that I realized how schooling is so much better and fun. I can't fathom how boring life can get when I am going to graduate soon in 1-2 years time.
Nevertheless, it is nice to end off the 1st week of worklife yesterday with a few rounds of pool (been so long since I last played) followed by supper at Bukit Timah till the midnight before I finally get home.

I can't wait for this holiday to be over and start school again. I know such a life is just temporary, and I will hang in there. Hopefully things will get better next week :)
