Tuesday, December 27, 2011 Good old training days Woohoo I'm actually blogging on the bus otw back home from polo training. Can't believed I actually got over the huge inertia and went for training this evening :) Was so reluctant initially, but having made my promise to Seet, I couldn't take back my words. Haha. But I think its really worth it having gone for the training :) Anyway, after being missing from training for soooo long, I now realized that the men's and women's team no longer train together anymore under Coach Yu Lei. Instead, the women's team are permanently under Lynnette from the Singapore Women's team for now, and she's really awesomeeeee :) Her training style resembles the good old days back in SA Water Polo :) Perhaps it would be a motivation for me to train more. Feels good doing those drills; the long passes, shooting, etc.. Okay, and now I can even feel my whole body aching all over. My legs are so weak now that I can't even walk properly. And I'm going ice-skating tomorrow, hopefully my legs wouldn't ache too much by then :/ And can this momentum keep going? Maybe its time I get those muscles back, I don't like flabby arms and legs :( Hahaha...
