1/2 the battle won I've been indulging in good food for the past few days, knowing that porridge shall be my staple food for the next few days/weeks wef today. Or maybe to be exact, wef tomorrow as my bleeding is too excessive that I've decided to skip dinner. Anyway, on Tuesday, I had team lunch with the Customer Relations team over @ Holland V Coffee Club, and our manager gave treat! Simply awesomeee, we had a main course + drink + dessert! It must have cost a bomb! Initially I thought that it would be awkward during the meal, but I was proven so wrong. Had a great chat with them, as well as some gossip session! :) And we only returned back to office at 2.30pm! On Wednesday lunch-time, I claimed a free hand-crafted beverage of my choice at Starbucks as I participated in some online survey for them. Mocha Java Chips FTW! :D And then, I met up for dinner with Ying Lin at Holland V Coffee Club! Had Soft shell crab linguine, and being so madly in love with their mudpie during team lunch on Tuesday, I decided to have it once again! Even Ying lin loves it so much too! Really had a great evening spent with her; we can really talk about so many topics and had a great laugh together! I can't wait for my gums to recover soon so that I can go for some good desserts with her!    Gold Rock Ice-cream during lunchtime yesterday with Jun De. I still prefer Haagen Daz and B&J Ice-cream though! Swopped my seat in office before I knock off from work, and thanks Jun De for helping me with dismantling the desktop and laptop wires and fixing them over at my new desk! Am really an IT noob, and I'd seriously take ages if I do it myself. Hehee. Bought KOI on the way back home! :B  And today's the day I'm dreading for the past few week. Had no choice but to have my wisdom teeth removed as they are all impacted ones. The first time experience for wisdom tooth surgery is really a horror. Had 3 shots of injections in all, and the needle is as long as my 15cm long ruler. This is the most painful process of the whole surgery. My tears did roll down, literally. And then the drilling part to open up my gums was rather disturbing. Although I couldn't feel the pain, I was perspiring for fear I might feel some pain any moment. Then came the stitching part, it was so uncomfortable that I was on the verge of vomitting! So uncomfortable that I cried :( The whole process took around half an hour. Didn't expect the bleeding to be so excessive, and I was rather traumatised to see the amount of blood flowing out from my mouth. I described to some of my friends as being menses. HAHAHA. I was still thinking of heading town to shop after that, but it would be a horror to the public if I does that XD   |
