Escapism Had my LAST lab for this semester today. It was raining so heavily in the morning, and the weather was so cooling that I don't feel like heading school at all! The worst thing is that my lab was allocated the timeslot from 9am-12noon, which leaves me with 4 hours of break after that before my CM1131 lecture at 4pm. I contemplated for quite sometime before I decided that I will attend the lecture, and hence I brought my laptop along with me to school. Imagine carrying lots of stuffs to school in the early hours of the day when its raining so heavily, plus the fact that the bus was so freaking packed and the traffic is so bad. It took me 1hr30mins to reach school btw. FML Rachel, Zhanwei and I went to rush our last lab report right after we finished lab. I couldn't accomplish as much as I hoped because my lappy's battery lifespan sucks big time. All the plugs were taken up by others at the place where we settled down, and by right my laptop can survive for 3 hours w/o plug-in. However, it died down on me even before the 3 hours is up :( Rachel's macbook can survive for 8hours w/o plug-in! Makes me regret not getting a macbook instead! I ended up wasting my time on my itouch after that, and the rest thought that I've completed my lab report when they came after their lab. HAHA how I wished though! And yes, Kaye finally went to get for me the Crystal Jade's cupcake that I told her about it the last time since the shop is near her house! The cupcakes are so sweet :) But we were disappointed by it, as in the taste, because it taste so normal!  Seriously highly anticipating for the holidays to arrive. I need a breakaway. I can't wait to go shopping with my Bestie CaiLing to stock up my clothings for the next sem, clubbing with Kim, Allan and Ernest, and not forgetting to go back for WATERPOLO TRAINING!!! <3 |
